Your privacy is very important to us. We, our company All Leisure Ltd., is a controller of your personal data under applicable data protection laws, including from 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). As a controller, we determine why and how we collect your information.
The information we use and where we get it from?
The information we collect and use is given to us by you the customer, or by your travel agent, either by email or telephone, when you are making an enquiry or a reservation. We will only ask for data that is essential for us to know so that we can provide the service you require. If we ask for personal data that is not essential, we will explain why and tell you the consequences if you do not provide it.
We do not collect any other information from third parties.
The protection of your information?
In order to protect us and you, we do not pass any information onto third parties. All information is destroyed 1 year after your enquiry, and all information taken for a reservation will be destroyed after the legally required period of 7 years. The reason it is 7 years, is HMRC require all account details to be available to them for that period.
Where permitted by law we may process information about criminal convictions or offences and alleged offences for the specific and limited activities and purposes, such as to perform checks to prevent and detect crime, to comply with laws relating to money laundering, fraud, bribery and corruption.

Our website may contain links to other websites. This policy only applies to our website, so when you link to other sites you should read their privacy policies.
You have the right at any time to ask us what information we hold about you, and a copy of it.
You have the right to change or amend any data we have.
You also have the right to stop us from using your data, and that we remove it from our records.
